Two numbers, both known before we start: a build fee quoted once, and a low annual fee that covers everything it takes to keep the site running. No retainers, no lock-in, no surprises.

What each fee covers.

The build fee depends on the project, so we quote it after a conversation about what you need. The annual fee is flat and the same for every site we host.

The build fee, once

Design, hand-coded development, content setup, search-ready structure and metadata, launch on our hosting, and a handover so you know how to update it. Quoted in full before any code is written. Nothing is added later.

The annual fee, flat

Managed hosting on hardened servers, SSL, firewalls and monitoring, professional email on your domain, updates and backups, and a reachable human when something comes up. One payment a year. Never sold back to you as an upsell.

What you own

Everything. The code, the content, and the domain are yours from day one. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can, with no exit fee and no hostage situation.

What is extra

New features, new pages, or ongoing marketing beyond the build are quoted the same way: as a fixed price for a defined piece of work, only when you ask for it. There is no monthly plan to sign up for.

A typical agency bills every month whether anything shipped or not, and often keeps the site when you leave. Here is how that adds up against one build fee and three annual fees.
